Your question is very confusing. What cost are u talking about?
1. The UOX pack cost? = FREE, just reload RM10
2. The call cost / charges = 10sen/min to ur 8pax
3. The SMS cost / charges = 0.5 (half) sen per SMS to ur 8pax

Refer 1st page lah for the ratesĀ  icon_rolleyes.gif

off course it is not.. sweat.gif . u should read few posts before... smile.gif

I think totally free of charge.
For postpaid, maybe they charge for deposit.

Hai, everyone. I've been one of U.O.X. user. I just done my MNP this morning and expect the porting to happen at least 1-2 days after that, but you know what? In less than 8 hours, my HOTLINK has said BYE BYE to me in a pretty unrelented matter cry.gif cry.gif

Within minutes, CELCOM comes....

I thought I still can use my HOTLINK remaining credit...last few ringgit. But after 1 minute, mad.gif mad.gif

Wasted my last RM 6 in my HOTLINK. mad.gif mad.gif

Then, U.O.X. welcomes me

Although I'm quite excited when I've done my Porting this morning, but the change was damn too fast. I thought I still can use up my remaining credit before the UOX come...... sweat.gif sweat.gif

regarding the picture below :

i have some questions :
1. Why is it that initially my validity is until July 2010. But after I make a call and set the language, the validity change to 1 month only? is it due to the so called "processing delay" ? or wat? Anyone can explain?

2. I read that most of your credit is RM 0.15. But mine is RM 5. I havent top up anything yet. I'm curious whether I can still get free RM10 once I reload RM10?

Thanks!!! smile.gif

When I just replace the new XPAX 3G simcard

After I made my first call (testing), the validity change to this!

What I should do? Wait for 1 week for their processing time?

Thanks very much.

I just register today. The CELCOM gal took my IC n written down all my particular in the registration form. I've signed 2 forms , 1 is the particular form while the other is the KTAK form. She then photostat my IC and attached together with the form. Should be OK rite?

you dont have to do anything.. celcom will automatically convert your plan to normal xpax plan.. its up to you on that time wether to migrate to celcom postpaid, celcom blue, or port to other telco..

Added on October 29, 2008, 5:15 pmAFAIK, for all porting in to Celcom, u'll get RM5 credit. New pack is RM0.15sen pre-loaded airtime. As u r not really a new new customer, u'll not entitled for the RM10. It's for a new activated pack.

U should go to Celcom Branch to get ur IC verified and get the unlimited validity. Good luck icon_rolleyes.gif

Just ported to S.O.X this afternoon, now waiting for the sms to change the sim card. Hope it will be hassle-free, especially the validity problem.
