Firstly, i wanna know is it u using the PSU same as mine? (Refer my sig) Cos i can run it well so far for 2 days 24/7.
Ok, if you budget really enough i will recommend the Corsair PSU, very power at single rail and even 450 watt is enough for this 4850GS baby but if for future upgrade or more component to add on, u might take at least 550 watt since now buy 450 watt seem not so worth.

yes 550W now consider cheap..

actually 450W is enough, the problem most of ppl here using acbel/CM which often picky when using with certain hardware.. ie: mobo, gpu etc

u consider lucky to use parts that suitable with that psu..

Guys, i just got myself an Gainward 4850GS from a forumer here..
It's 2nd hand but still quite brand new coz it was purchase like last month or last 2 months ago i think..
Anyway after receiving it i had a few probs with it, when installing it was no prob but everytime i tried to test its stability using 3dmark vantage it would load the jane marsh bench halfway thru then the computer would restart..
I tried a few times already... I install n uninstall drivers like a few times already..
I always notice that about haf way thru load there would be some artifacts appearing before my pc restart..
Sometimes after the restart at the desktop would appear some artifacts which would go away if i open up a window or something..
I tried downclocking the gpu n it's still the same but when i downclock the mem to 1ghz only then it would run the test stabily..
Is this normal for a GS?? For your info the GPU heatpipe is copper..
Please guys need help here..

although i might sound stupid, but did you connect your PCIe connector to the 4850GS?

anyway, for below RM250, you can get a good 500W PSU from Silverstone
or just add extra rm80 for 560W ST56F

Well I don't know if this hardware or software related.

Whenever I play Devil May Cry 4.

I sometime have a 'black screen' for like 0.2 sec and it returns normal agian,
No Crash / Lockup / VPU recovery.

4850GS here

Edit : Only Happened in DMC4

Anyone here play DMC 4 ?
