» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I wonder if this theme + all the plugins, widgets, etc. slowed down your iPhone. I was only using 2 widgets my iPhone 2G previously - Weather and Clock - and it seriously hampered the phone performance. I then used another theme which utilized about 8 pages (can't remember) of blank webclips. That slowed down the phone as well. Couldn't bear with the speed, I switch back to normal themes. I'm quite positive that this won't be as bad on the 3GS but any field reports? |

Blank webclips wont slow down the phone but those widget and plugins will as most widget use javascript. Javascript use lots of the CPU processing power i.e rotating wallpaper and such @invisiblelim Yes you need to jailbreak as apple will not allow any modification made to its system file. |

Don't jailbreak without research and come back to this forum to ask all those easy repetitive questions. Cheers. This post has been edited by psyeo: Jul 27 2009, 03:03 PM |

QUOTE(NickyKhoo @ Jul 30 2009, 02:42 PM) Yes,is offically-unlocked by maxis. I re-Do the jailbreak procedure,it works with maxis signal now but now the winterboard doenst work. Updated the Mobile Substrate via Cydia? Make sure the next time you start Cydia (fresh after jailbreak), upgrade all the essential updates and then install Winterboard. |

Guys, need help here. I've been trying to change the font of my lock clock, but every time i replace it with another font and reboot it my ipod just remains at the loading screen with the spinner in the middle. Got that once yesterday, panicked and restored the whole thing, then tried with fonts provided on the front page. Those worked fine, but i didn't like the fonts provided, so i decided to try my luck again today.
Downloaded a font (http://www.dafont.com/champagne-limousines.font), renamed it LockClock, and replaced the original one. Rebooted, and the same thing happened. Luckily this time i tried SSHing into my ipod and it worked, allowing me to replace the font. Moment i done that, everything was fine. Am i missing a step here? EDIT : One more question - how do i change the comma that separates the time and date on the lockscreen to another symbol, e.g. "|" ? ![]() Picture for illustration purposes only. Thanks decavalera.
