Same goes to the comma thing, it's not a symbol but more to formats. You can't simply change the formats, you need to change the whole formats strings and thats complicated. There's lots and lots of changes to the framework from 2.2.1 to 3.0. Thats why some of the 2.2.1 theme will not work on 3.0.
