is a combination of different wallpaper, dock, and theme.

the core theme is available from cydia call "Vivid"

since this is not mention before,
you can set the weather widget using wb.app from cydia and winterboard.

yup, so u need to delete the vivid wallpaper off urself

after u install, u need to activate them through winterboard, then you can change the setting in iPhone Settings

my advice is, do some research 1st before you decide to jailbreak and use winterboard. there are plenty of guides and FAQ on jailbreak in this iPhone sub forum/youtube/ other websites and forums. Don't jailbreak without research and come back to this forum to ask all those easy repetitive questions.

yes they just add a black overlay on the background on 2nd page onwards, so everything still works

For the Lightning wallpaper, I got it from the overpriced FFXIII Gallery app (I use screen capture to capture the image in the apps, LOL).

as for the search bar, it is one of the widget on smartscreen

No need to, you can try the free version, which limits to 3 widget..

But i do recommend paying for it if you want to use it. coz 3 is not enought
