Maybe Taipan is using Syabas as an excuse for the delay, instead of the temple. The coming meetings between Mr Lau, Taipan & MBPJ the truth will be reveal.

Will try best to attend but actually i am not block d buyer, and my block a according to spa is not yet due, so i hope if there is meeting, block d buyers please attend and speak out....

I belive this project will be complete, just the developer too overestimate themself, built new temple, need work on plaza sentral project at the same time, at the end , none of the projects can be complete nicely on time...

If Mr.Lau can arrange the meeting on weekend, i think many ppl can attend it.

Any updates from Syabas or developer?

I have call to Sales Gallery, same reason with previous. Syabas is the main root case for delay the handover date. Management promise this end of month will handover.

no way they can handover end of this month...

i think all of you get the email by Lau, he oledy sent formal letter to syabas to request for meeting among developer, syabas, buyers and him to resolve the problem..let's wait syabas reply...

I think Syabas wont take any action also, coz Lau also did not specify the days.

Lau will give a time for syabas to reply, if still not reply, then we will ask Lau to chase syabas again...that's all we can do...

The better way is we have a discussion with two party. To understand which part have problem, if not, they will keep pushing the problem to other sides.

Let's wait for YB Lau's reply & give syabas, Tuan Haji Abdul Rashid bin Abdul Satar the time (say 2 weeks) to check with his people. I presume they are responsible citizens meeting People First Policy.

Today went to Taipan HQ.. Asking about the handover date for block D owners.. There is an officer there but dunno what's his name and he mentioned that the keys are all get ready.. He showed me the boxes of keys on the floor and I noticed that the boxes are labelled with different unit numbers..

I was thinking to take photo but is a little odd to do so hence I didn't took any to show u guys here.. Anyway, I think this incident was really Syabas delayed as I got no idea that why the developer wanna delay since they already done and preparing to handover to the owners..

Btw, hope block D owners can get the VP by this month and the progress for other blocks keep moving lo..

Arranging keys is easy stuff la....will take a day or 2 at the most.
I still suspect that since syabas had mentioned there's errors in the forms, it could be a problem of communication where each party replies by snail mail instead of just calling or emailing to rectify the issue and this is causing problems for all of us. Working in the service industry, I noticed that most Malaysians 'fear the phone' when conducting official matters. I really don't understand this culture as it can only make all our lives easier.

I hope that it gets sorted out soon or I will have to continue paying rental and servicing my loan at the same time which is in effect, ridiculous to say the very least!

I'm going to call Syabas tomorrow and possibly conference in someone from the developer so that the issue is sorted out ASAP.
Can anyone provide a contact person on both ends?
