Any update and progress at Mr Lau side?

went there today...saw only one worker at the main entrance, sigh (He must be very much in pressure to complete it by himself)..already coming to the end of the month what next Taipan Focus? another end of the month? An experienced developer will have proper project management

Any news from Mr. Lau about the syabas?

I thought u r in the mail loop....so far seems like Lau also cant do anything....

Syabas has not reverted too in the email.

hi all, i get a feedback letter frm Syabas, i already attach it and sent it to all you mailbox, do check it out.......according to the letter, actually there are still 5 action items that need complete by developer...it's purely developer mistake (e.g the meter layout is installed not according to the spec)...

not intense wan to become high class area...but this area is slowly changing.....u will see some old building demolish work is ongoing, and new commercial building is starting pop up...dun forgot the nearby icon city effect in the future...

Finally we got a response from Syabas via email to YB Lau. Thanks to him, the culprit has been brought to the fore and it's the developer who is not following the process as clearly seen from the letter.

i dun think is syabas fault...look at other projects at selangor...atmosfera and koi kinrara at puchong...launch same period with park 51, oledy completed and gt CF, VP...

this developer cant even complete a entrance until right now...

Atmosfera and koi kinrara project is early than Park 51. I have go this two project show house before bought Park 51.

Doom: Atmosfera and koi kinrara developer have huge background, not like Park 51 developer. The thing can do for this Taipan is delay the project, bluff the buyer, no budget to hire more employee.


Now, I feel shame when someone ask me the status of my new house.

just hope everything goes well with this project. they cant afford to screw this up either.

Hope developer will solve the matter fast.

It is really ridiculous. do Taipan thinking that we are fools and can just play around. We have invested our hard earned money in this project and this is what we receiving in return?? M not going to be quite....we need to start lodge a report to all the bodies that relates to perumahan. We have to push Taipan from all angel....Below I have attached the mail that i've send to Taipan and some of you. Lets meet up this Saturday else lodge a report to Kementerian Perumahan.

This is REALLY frustrating. You keep saying that the delay is solely due to SYABAS but it seems you are the actual culprit. Could you please response us your action plan. I don't think we need to teach you step by step what to do as a developer. However, Jelawat (fellow buyer) already give some ideas on how to settle this problem. i got this after searching the internet.
seems like the first thing taipan need to do according to the checklist replied by SYABAS is to fill in this form: EPS 13
