if they really delay on handling the key after the S&P signing period.. i think is possible to ask for compensation... for me still within the period.. so i only can wait... sad.gif

It's already more than 4 months after S&P dated Dec 3rd 2011 for completion on Block D. Definitely going to ask for full repayment from Taipan Group.

Your S&P also dated 3/12? Same with me. From 4/12/2012 to 3/5/2012 it has delay 5 months !!!

Do you think they will accept our claim? I start doubt their finance status....All block D buyer claim more than RM1m.

I am one of the block D owner, me and my sister S&P due date is 5th Jan 2012. If any group compensation, please include me as well.

They wont pay so much...
Myhome project delay 7 month, and my friend only can get 1k++ only..

That is impossible . 7 month delay but only get 1k? Your friend never take any action? I wont allow it. What for we sign SNP? This is to protect both party!! Your friend should against them....
I have email to Andy but so far no reply from him. This developer really hopeless .

I like your enthusiasm but in this country, the case will be dragged on thru the courts and trust me, your legal fees will end up being more than the final award. so there's really no point. On hindsight, vote out the present govt and maybe you can see some welcome changes 'IF' we get lucky.

Just gt email from developer mention about swimming pool might only complete and open for use when block c complete on year 2014....so eventhough u gt the cf and vp for block d now, this is so call condo without swimming pool..how bad is that....

Ha.ha..For me, this is not first time thru the courts. I just get adv from lawyer . We can direct go to tribunal . This can talk later. Now the main is push developer when can get the key. Also, any outcome for the discussion within developer and Lao Weng San which held yesterday?

Are you sure ?? This is first time i heard a Condo without swimming pool !!! Even the cheap apartment also ready with swimming pool facility while get the key and CF. What kind of such developer? Condo ?? She spoil her reputation herself!! Who want to buy the next block or new project launch from her ??

Come on... This is Condo!! I think the developer also forgot she is handling the Condo project because they are more to low cost flat or describe as "cheap project"or low class project. Really regret bought this unit!! Taipan Focus, be aware. this is park 51 residency. Not Myhome flat !!!!

Dear All,

I was at Taipan Focus Sales Office in Petaling Jaya yesterday 1pm but
no one was there.

Anyway, I had checked with Mr Simon Ignatius from Taipan Focus.

I was told that in order to issue the CFO, Taipan Focus is still
waiting for the approvals from MBPJ's Landscape Department and Syabas.
Applications were already made to the two departments as early as in
Nov 2011. I was told that the two departments will be issuing the
letters this week.

With all the approvals from various authority, Taipan Focus can
proceed to apply CFO from MBPJ's Building Department. Under the
current law, once submission is done, CFO is considered to be issued
and Taipan Focus will process the vacant possession immediately.

Personally, the low cost flat buyers experience the same problem when
Syabas was late in issuing the approval as the buyers will be getting
individual meters (lower water tariff). The same is happening here
when Syabas is delaying the approval times and again.
