quite regret invest in this...i should invest in the the zest@kinrara...same time period launch as park 51...now ppl oledy gt CF and gt the key...purchase at only 200psf with freehold and 2 carparks, gt future LRT...now buyer oledy can sell at 400psf..and gt the profit oledy.........fxxk this taipan park 51...

Doomdoom: i agree with you.. really regret for this developer~ build up one clubhouse also need spend one year to complete it..
Why they keep delay and delay..cant clearly set one handover time to buyer. Really fell despair for this developer.. |

so we should be getting around Rm 10,000 from the developers, if delay another month it will Rm 12,000. Enough to renovate your kitchen.

1) today called to her HQ. Been told end April will be approved apparently. They will post out all notice and beg May we can get the key but i dont think so....
2) About compensation for delay, do not think can get BUT they will use to other way to play around....Try to imaging if all unit owner block D claim , she need to pay more than 1m !!! Anyway i will firm to it and won't let her go even take it to court. I know few DAP lawyer. 3) Should we pay full maintainance fees ? Club house yet ready, swimming pool and all basic facilities yet completed!! Should we pay full or partialy? |

It is sad to know that the developer is taking so long to deliver this project. Everyday I pass by i can see that damm disco light on...
there is an entrance to the condo at the rear which do not need us to go through the main entrance thus avoiding the uncomplete club house. It was my preception that the CF will be provided based on the fact that we do not need to go through the front entrance. however till now same frustration. If they are going to rent and charge for membership to use the club...hmmm....no comments on that |

I'm told by my engineer friend that syabas is the real culprit for many delays in cf. They r really a sinister dept causing hardship to the rakyat.

Hi, CF should be out this month. All inspections are finally done and just awaiting official letter from our local authorities. Block A, B and C will be ready next year and Clubhouse in 2 to 3 months time. Clubhouse is a seperate entity from Residency and thus does not affect the handover time. Sorry for all the inconveniences and the waiting. We will be sending out mails soon for collection of keys date. Thanks... |
