definitely a good condo at good location which can easilly rent out at good rate since just located in the centralize location between One U, banday sunway and mid valley..

yeah... i know i will need 2 car parks for own used or investment.. 1 car park not enough for 1 family, even 2 car parks also nowadays.. hopefully they will have more visitor car parks...
any update on the visitor car parks?

Hi guys...its nice to get to know some of Block D owners....my unit wud b at 9th floor block D...any one frm same floor? niway Max how come you got extra parking for 12k...its a gud deal bro...when i register my unit around end 2009 they quote me extra parking for Rm15k...and i regret din't take it...
