regarding from other forum, developer will handover the Block D first but clubhouse wont be handover with Block D in the same time.


This is email reply from developer:

"We are currently preparing and sorting out housekeys and mails should be sent out soon for date of collection from our Petaling Jaya Gallery. For more enquiries, please do not hesitate to call our office. Thanks "

Does this mean that Block D had obtained CF?

i don think gt CF la..the developer just say soon, they just want to delay only ...

As per Taipan Klang, CF another 2-3 months (Not confirm). Sorting keys is true, but it's not to give out but just sorting in in their office for respective unit. Once CF out only will contact us.

So guys, have to wait..

haha...last time say CF at Feb..now say another 2-3months...somore not confirm yet....after that will say untill end of this year....then next year...

If next year only get key, I will move in my Kota kemuning house.. Sigh

i just hope the whole project can be complete in 5 years time......now oledy passed 3 years...the block C not even start anything!!!

Just back from the site and sales office, and talked to Mr. Liang (Old looking guy, seems like some high position in the company)

Explained that there are 9 department officers doing the inspection, 5 departments had passed the inspection, left 4 department.

2 more departments will come on 14 Feb, if anything need to redo, need 2-3 more weeks for touch up.. etc..

so final 2 not sure when will come.

The key is ready, just only the officer delay on the checking.

There is a temple in the middle of the development (right at Block B or C) that will be abolish and move to new temple.

If any delay, Mr. Liang said is their loses because purchaser will claim from them.

I told him, this is unnecessary delay and we expect to get it early of this year. He just said nothing we can do other than wait for the officer.

nothing related to officer....when they are going demolish the temple and start built block C...and when they are going to complete clubhouse?

guys, the clubhouse is not part of the parcel and need not to be readied when units are ready for VP. pls check your SPA.

Just wait, if over 3yrs from S&P, just file claim 10%

how do we file claim for compensation? anyone has any experience in doing this for the 10% compensation?

As expected a delay, hope they can expedite on the inspection approval with the officers.
