bro, isnt a ISP must research and know that, we (customer or user) got the right to fully utilize our network.. dont care whether what we using the network for.. but P2P isnt mean for completely illegal. if u block p2p, then what for the author creating P2P network method?
Im not saying that p2p illegal, but consider others when using it, while u r in the same network. Im also downloading some movies & etc. But using direct download. Juz for 1-2hour juz enuf. You must know that 3.6mbps we r using share the network in 1 twr. If u r alone, thats great! giving advantages to get full 3.6mbps bandwidth alone.no one mad. Let consider that u r surfing the internet, then someone else download kaw2 for 24/7 days.doesnt care. The lines damn slow till page error. You consider thats ok? The 1st time using celcom i got 2.9mbps.so i consider that no one using it, but now a lot of subscriber celcom bb. so i ned to slow down to give opportunities everyone happy surfing.
Juz ask celcom yesterday, ask them to add more bandwidth. they will upgrade the tower next year.Hope so. nod.gif sweat.gif

Fully agreed. Talking/complaining to CS is a waste of time. That's why I don't like to call them. Only make you feel angry after callling them. mad.gif

Hi! How to change the IP?? Try to change IP see whether it could improve the speed.
Because most of the time I always get < 380 KB/s for speed testing. Donwload is 3-7 KB/s.

Erm. Keep disconnecting until the IP address changes? smile.gif

Finally, my BT is moving back after few days with snail pace. sleep.gif
Not too fast but acceptable around 60kB/s, can resume back my unfinished tasks. biggrin.gif
