my line for past few day slow until not tahan....
the speed only at gprs speed but it indicate 3g.... even direct download also max 15KBps.... if can full speed, normally reach 48-50KBps... |

i have download more that 33GB last month, do u people think celcom will cap my speed with any notis for me? |

i think they confusing with KBps & kbps after raya holiday..... -------------------------------------------------- does anyone have celcom CS manual? want to use it to counter they cs people when call them....... |

actually i already complaint to celcom for 1 week already, only got 1 technician say will help m to monitor the line....
but until now no news from them.... the only thing i still thinking is, they test the line near the tower not near my house.....and they say they got good speed......is that how they test the line........ who can guide me fill mcmc form..? |

at least you people still have streamyx , for me only can use wireless BB....as my place don't have phone line......

the speed....like mountain....for start fast..then few second later....hang and drop like the shit.....

yesterday, mcmc people call me for detail, today celcom people call from kl to kuching to ask for my situation...
but my celcom bb can't go internet from last night until now, [use digi as backup].... now can suft but the speed.....worst that gprs.... if like this u all can calculate need how long to download a 300mb photoshop file, and upload back.....!!! maybe someone can bring the modem and notebook to celcom bb promotion location, and help celcom promo the package by show other people the super speed that we get..... for those people that try the celcom bb at celcom center or blue cube, u can try see is they also connect to wifi to boost the speed..... |

you try tell them back, can they try to move the tower around to see if the signal can improve or not. or try tell them to rub the device at tower to see if the device dirty that make the connection worst... |

you can go and read the agreement that when you signup for this celcom bb....in the agreement din't state the 5gb limit and capping....
base on this can ask for refund.... |

today celcom people call me again....they say i already over my 5gb limit so they cap my line to 64kbps...!!!
theey even say that this 5gb limit is rules from mcmc.....!!! is this true.....u all know the answer.... just use the mcmc complain form to complain mcmc for 5gb rules... |
