Aperture value lower = Bigger lens?

G10 is announced, a few got their G10 liau. But I'm still wondering to get a G10 or LX3 ...

I think if you looking for silver colour is better you buy at Sg.Wang or BB Plaza. They should be offer better package there. I didn't ask for silver colour price at the place I bought. Yes, I paid cash.

They offered me RM 1750 (if pay by cash). Include SDHC 4GB and case. Black color and Silver color is same price.
How did u get RM 1600 anyway?

I finally got my LX3 (black colour). I think the market is out of stock for black colour. I went to Sg.Wang, Low Yat, BB Plaza, Time Squre and KL Plaza, all of them are out of stock. I was nearly give up at the time and thinking of look at somewhere else like Digital Mall or Mid Valley. Since I was there and why not to Pavilion and try my luck. Thanks God there is a LX3(black colour) waiting for me at Pavilion. 

I got it for RM1600. It's including Panasonic SDHC 4GB memory and a Lumix Pouch. Additional RM15 for screen protector. Plus free me a Sony mini pouch which is bigger than the Lumix pouch they gave me. (Since is free, who cares is Sony or not) hehe...

I told the supervisor that I got some friends are interested LX3 black colour too. So, if anyone here can't find it at any place maybe you can try to call them before you go. Sorry, the unit I bought is the last one according to them. I believe they will top up the stock soon.

Are you sure you went to the correct shop? I can't remember is there a Maxis shop beside. The shop it's called Pixels Sdn. Bhd. I went in and while they checking the price I told them Sg.Wang is offering RM1550 but silver colour. You can look for Logy(Supervisor) and tell him a guy who bought a black colour at RM1600 introduce you to come. If you want maybe I could help you to call them.

Hi guys!
Finally! I'm a new proud owner of LX3! 
Was first exposed to it when I was searching for a good digicam, then was being fed the poison
when i saw this forum.   I was undecided whether to wait for the black color or just settle for the silver
as i need it urgently for my trip to HK. After a week, finally decided to go ahead and get the silver just
for the sake of the trip. And boy! am i glad i bought it for the trip! 
After using the cam and looking at the pictures, I'm falling deeper in love with the cam! LOL!

Here is one of the photo i took, didn't use tripod, just with my hand, I think I was either using
the night scenery mode or the AI mode I forgot which one de.

And here are the 100% view, crop


It's quite blur but still, I don't think usual digicam can even capture such a pic. (correct me if i'm wrong)

I will post up more pictures later, all the big bros feel free to comment on how to take better pics
using this awesome cam!

Shit ... Spec wise this thing beat G10.

Well, i called a couple of shops and they dont seem to have LX3 in stock.
One crazy guy quoted me RM1,000.00 w/o card..can you believe it.
At 1st i thought he must have heard me wrong,NO he said,"i have sold a lot of
LX3"....
I asked him 3 times and he quoted me the same price...
So i asked him again,but he said "Now NO stock,give me your no. and
i will call u when stock come"..... ...lol.
This shop is at Kota Raya and i spoke to an old guy...hehe.
Of course  i dont believe it,as i knew he was pulling my leg,as he
knew the market condition for this camera.
He knew i would wait for his stock to arrive and then he is going
to hit me with a higher price.

See how this shopkeepers twist the facts... .

Seriously i need the came,as i have sold my last piece of
DSLR equipment, the FLASH yesterday.
So i am CAMERALESS.....

Do keep me informed if any of you guys come across a new
LX3 (Black).
