He got M16 rifle. We only got first generation of gun, once shot take very long time to refill some more with LTV70.

what is today's price ? ur price or my price or market price .. 500k for TZ ? and 499k for SW ?
how do u come about with today price when TZ and SW are yet to be completed ?.. sounds familiar ?
ohh Pai .. neer questioned me how do i estimate the profit of SW when it is yet to be completed,
now he does the same knowing what's today's price ..

True also as Zest Commercial unable to match SW. The most will the TZ customers around the blocks who will frequent the commercial units. Whereas SW will be the new landmark of Puchong and rest assures with the retail components fall in place it will enhance the values.

TZ will be just like Atria for the nearby community and in no way could offer the same and comparable with SW for the lifestyle of retail, work, live and play.

Not exactly............ but between the 2 I suspect caps wise Zest might do better upon VP based on %..........asking prices are already close to double psf for the 1st block buyers.........so gains are sizeable n will reflect close to TZ value today...........before another round of catalyst kicks in few years later...........

IMHO SW havent yet.............so that'll take longer due to :

1. Value should peak when mall is wong enough

2. LRT is ready..........that wont be as soon.

3. All SW blocks are VPed in phases........so earlier completed blocks will probably suffer a bit from ongoing construction next door.....so subsale and rentals will be tougher.......

No question on SW will profit upon VP....but gotta hold for a while if one plans to sell at peak..........so if Ethan has to die2 sell one and keep one TODAY......probably sell TZ n keep SW is a better bet............

What do you think? Makes sense ah?

Actually.......TZ would be lucky if it can end up like Atria.......Im not that optimistic honestly........and dont think anyone bought TZ for its commercial component........so didnt really matter.........think it will end up like VIVA R's commercial in Jalan Ipoh...............banyak kosong wor....... unsure.gif

Same, my eon bank statement also have interest and late payment charge... but i think it will not be born by us as i have seen the same charge a few months back and after that it was cleared in the newer statements..

Yes, SPS will pay the interest to the banks. It was shown in my statements as well.

I'm facing same problem due to Maybank didn't include me in their DIBS list. You should call SW finance dept to settle it.
