Is SP SETIA launching Brio now? I thought the final launch is Trigon?Anyone guess of how much Trigon will be worth after full construction?

During Solace's launch many ppl still cannot accept the "sky high" price then, let alone invest in this, so not surprised if most of those who bought intended it for own stay. But for Brio and Vio, I think there will be more investors than Solace.

Maybe no buyers?

I think most of the owners are very confident about SW will do well. In additional to the LRT factor, most of them believe SW apartment price will go further. Hold for one more year when more than 80% of the ground floor shops and the mall are tenanted, the price should be able to go at least 10% higher I guess.

Many units hv been sold, more than 10, that is very encouraging (judging fr the selling price). I saw few groups of buyers

Mind to share what is the selling price that you know?

I saw a few posting for 1,007 asking for 490K~500K .. fair price?
