yea...suprisingly the renovation deposit & moving in deposit is kinda high...n its refundable in 30 to 45 days...LAD will have to wait for the credit control dept to call us...they havent prepared the cheque yet...mine is not enough to offset the maintenance fees n bill charges...but atleast cover quarter of it...

Nope...hardly hear anything from LDP..kinda...u'll feel urself isolated from the LDP when ur inside setiawalk...I didnt notice noise from LDP when in my unit...
