Indeed, the 2-bedders and 1-bedders are the most popular choice... SW buyers are not so active in forums, probably silent readers...

Now only i realized, zest with smaller scale aledi hitting v3. Maybe no one want to lead in this thread unlike other thread.

Very clearly zest thread has people who have got vested interest behind it, good or bad, actively creating "life" to it. Not to say other threads do not have such things, but zest is obviously a more successful example.
