Based on the info I get from my friend (whom working in tesco), part of the outdoor parking next to the reserved area will be utilized for the new station.

The buffer zone from LDP to the field is very very wide... i think it's more than sufficient to construct the station there.

Boss, did you see the % of completion of Solace's common facilities? What's your feel about it? Do you think it can get CCC any time soon?
*
the common facilities is out of sight as the solace entrance from shoplots are blocked although i saw nice plants hanging off common walkway on 7/8 floor and more on 11/12 floor . i manage to walk in to view the car park . the car park check in/out post looks elegant and i saw a rather high tech sensor machine for access cards.

my guess is VP should be sometime in April or even May. Some renovation work at shoplots even on Sunday and looks like Starbuck should be ready to open for business anytime now . i think Solace should have the best view looking down at the big fountain pond

the feel of the whole place as it is now, are generally good. work quality is good by Malaysian standard although some repainting/touch up need to be done . getting in/out accessibility are at least satisfactory

SP Setia wouldn't call themselves a builder with distinction for nothing . beginning to like them more and more . if one wants a lifestyle change or swing , SetiaWalk is the place

Thanks boss... sure hope it will live up to its motto LiveLearnWorkPlay.. Solace e-deck will have a direct view of 2nd entrance and big fountain. Brio's view from L7 will be blocked by the pod but instead you will have the Sky Bar view tongue.gif .

Boss, info i got from forum is SA claimed almost all GF units tenanted, but as you said not many actually started reno works. Hotel is another one, am wondering who be be the operator. I think this is the last anchor yet to be announced. TGV said from FB they target June/ July for opening.. from my last visit in Feb i think the entertainment centre is almost ready and can start reno works anytime. I think facing LDP will mostly be showroom/ services and less of F&B and retail right?

I was at Muzeum on Saturday night. Surprisingly, their business was good on that day (not sure about weekdays). The beer factory was also crowded.

I hope this is a good start for SW, and more vibrant when more shops opening soon.

Haha.. yes, i think the landscape architect likes feng shui elements.. the tortoises, the rock, how the water flows from both the hotel end and entertainment centre end to the centre pond (money flowing in, lol)... the shallow pond is practical, to reduce water weight onto the supporting slab, to avoid acciedental drowning, and obviously, reduce cost..haha.
