if i thinking to get 1hp inverter...which model you recommend? i prefer quiet compressor, able to cool room fast after i switch it on.

Mitsubishi electric starmex loh.
More quiet for indoor fan DB & outdoor size is bigger = more faster cooling.

If compare the input watt for starmex is the lower than other brand.

One more thing starmex got easy clean design to access into fan blower to clean on blower blade easily.

Just imaging on stand fan after 3 months of usage can see a lot of dust stick on fan blade.

the air goes in from the top grille of the blower through the air filter then to the louvre.

the air filter and the cooling fins already act as a dust collector.

the louvre section is normally less dusty (my case is 6months using still nothing on the louvre surface) than the air filter and the cooling fins (or the rotor)

if the louvre part is dusty, i believe the air filter + the cooling fins are already covered by the dust.

if the easy clean feature falls on the cooling fins, then we can save cost on engaging the aircond people to clean the aircond.

unlike stand fan or table fan, the air goes in from the rear side to the front side. there is nothing to filter the air. so the blade is easily covered by the dust than aircond louvre.

I plan to install 1hp for my dining hall, 1.5 hp for Living Hall, 1.5hp for Master room and 1hp for guestroom.

I going for non-Inverter due to budget and to change copper piping cost a lot.

Would like advice, which brand is good for Non-Inverter?

Recommended to install Mitsu Mr. Slim..

Been using one since 2009 in my son's room..

Damn cooling with 1HP....

Planning to install one more at the other room & found the price dropped RM850 with installation but shop told me there will be 15% increase soon...
