Hi guys and experts, moving to new house currently and also survey for washing machine, came across LG front load with award winning. Would like to know any feedback on that particular few latest models?

Thanks smile.gif

what features r u looking for?

of cos every brand n model have some pros n cons, so u will nid to decide.

LG, Samsung - can only be serviced by their company tech, can't buy ur own spare part.

Jap - any pomen can repair cos anyone can buy spare parts from their HQ.

LG - for that price, u get nice modern looking washer with paint, brush metal, glass top,
soft closing lid, no slap bam ( how long it'll last? )
no buttons, no plastic parts in tub, heater function, steam function, wash time 25 mins max... bla bla

jap- looks like big plastic tong, the plastic all look kinda flimsy, tub got alot of plastic attachment,,,,
max time wash 15-17mins. buttons tekan tekan..., sticker control panel ( the old stuff )

LG- auto lint removal ( effective? )

Jap... plastic lint catcher...

LG- board + general 1 year warranty.

Jap - board 2-3 years, general 2-3 years?

other details, u need to read the manuals n compare, LG sammy toshiba can DL manual , pana i think tarak..
so go read at MV jusco, no one will kacau u.. can read whole day.... biggrin.gif

Not to mention TL's maintenance cost are way cheaper than FL thumbup.gif

I still remember got a person on in this forum keep saying how superior his E******** FL than all TL in the market, he even said that his FL can "throw" laundries inside the drum which I only know that all the while he was staying in the moon with 0 gravity doh.gif
A WM are forever a WM, their job is to spin, add water, drain water and spin. They does nothing more than that.
Rather than asking about how a brand perform, better consider the power consumption, time needed on full load and water usage.
FL are always safes more water than TL as the sellers always comparing a 8KG FL to a 10-12KG TL rclxub.gif

edit: i just read the manual, apparently the heating is only for Whitening Wash & Allergy Care Wash? is it correct? hmm.gif

Do you really need that big? As I survey yesterday and found out that the bigger the WM is, the more water(on minimum load) it requires.

ha yes, pandai u go read the manuals... tht is the way to go. read it n u will understand which one suits you better.

heater also used for tub cleaning. tub clean runs for 2 hours ya.... biggrin.gif

for the toshiba, i like the different level of water flow power u can set.

LG oni have normal and power, delicate is way too soft for normal clothes.

i think i will skip lg as the heater feature is for all courses and my main concern is power consumption yawn.gif ... anyhow compare to others lg has the most elegant/classy look & sturdier built thumbup.gif
