Two options which I found can get very good price. Sharp Merdeka Sales which just over in September 2022. Many retail shops will give you diff price from retail price or price tag. You just straight to the point and tell them what's the best price for this model number. They sure know you do price survey and give you the best they can offer. Whatsapp all electrical shops nearby to get price comparison.

Another option, Home exhibition. Price (usually free installation too) given actually cheaper than I can get from shop. I found out only after I purchased mine one (price before SAVE program). Hahaha.... Only thing you may not able to apply SAVE on spot.

Two of my previous Sharp fridges had door seal issue. The seal shrank and causing cold air leak. Samsung is no no for me.broke down 4 times during the first 6 years. Even my eldest sis who bought one last year experienced problem within the first month. Panasonic is the non problematic one so far.

Fridge is similar to car ... maintenance.

Have to clean the seal regularly as opening and closing will have small particles trap on the panel. 'Overhauling' the interior twice a year to wipe down and removed expired products.

Spreading things inside fridge will have even cooling and less stress on the compressor.

Finally, buy new if space is always a problem.

Shopee/Lazada sellers tend to have cheaper price, but best to make sure they are using their own delivery fleet instead of general couriers

if you want to be safe just compare prices from major stores eg: Harvey Norman, Senheng/SenQ, TBM then go for the cheapest one

Most of my big electrical things are from HLK. Next is TBM. Onking twice and only small items.

I would go for the major stores for the peace of mind. If something happens you know who to look for in case of any issues.

Usually warranty related issues are dealt directly with the appliance company anyway

But some like Harvey Norman do offer their own service with some added fees. Up to personal preference whether to take it

I think it more to delivery issues than warranty. .... dent, scratches etc where buyer can reject and request for replacement.

It happened to one of my purchase where there were scratch marks and a slight dent on the washing machine. Possible it was a displayed unit repacked.

Yes that's why I emphasis have to make sure the seller have their own delivery fleet

PH Chain Store on Shopee and Lazada is one that I know uses their own delivery fleet. Saw reviews before where seller reject units with defect on the spot and it was exchanged

Whenever you think of buying from Shopee or Lazada, usually only 1 year warranty given + more than 10 years inverter compressor ONLY. All parts n labour costs excluded from 1 year above. Do think of buying extended warranties if possible for peace of mind.
