Hi guys. Sorry as Im new here as normally i dont use C.C one. May I ask as i need a CIMB credit card urgently. How long does it takes to process one card as need it for this friday sales to get additional 10% discount.

normaly the c.c. process will take 2~3 weeks. But if you really urgentto need it, you may try to visit/call to CIMB branch. Just tell them you are urgent to use.

Depends on when is your statement date i guess. Not necessary next month.

Rebate is given end of the month of the same month of purchase based on the transaction date. Carrefour's CC provider provided the wrong transaction date to MBB for two of my Tuesday purchases last month, need to visit MBB centre to complain soon.

for Citibank Clear Card, if swipe a lot, they will help u upgrade to gold card,... got such thing or not?

my fren salary RM2.+K who used to have a Clear Card but within 1 year, Citibank oreli upgrade his card to Master Gold Card

I believe should the amount he swiped during the period of review rather than frequency of swipes.

Mine case is when frequent swipe clear card..no upgrade..after I stop using it..it come with Gold Card.

got qns here... 10 mths ago, i applied citibank, uob credit card, both rejected me, but hsbc approved my application, and i have used the hsbc visa classic card for abt 10 mths... if i apply citibank credit card now, do u guys think that it will be approved?

wait till the card is one-year old. then it can be used to facilitate your new application.

but from the citibank credit card application, they require a existing card from other bank which is at least 18 months old le... unless it is charge card then 12 months enough......

Shrugg... never applied for citibank. Most banks will make do with a 12-month old card. Guess you need to use your card for another 8 months.

today the citibank customer service called n ask me whether i got received pre-approved Air Asia credit card o not, i said im not interested, she tried to say got offer n priority booking thing, and after two times try to persue, she just end with saying pls cut the card, thanks.
