I think you can go to AKPK office at menara bumiputra-commerce, jalan raja laut to print out. There is a kiosk over there. Just bring IC there then can register already..

BNM allows online individual registrations for eCCRIS from Friday

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 18, 2022): Bank Negara Malaysia has allowed individual new users to directly register for eCCRIS online from Friday (Feb 18, 2022).

In a statement, the central bank said individual Malaysians who have a MyKad and online facilities may now register for the service at eccris.bnm.gov.my, without having to set foot into a BNM or Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) office.

Among the steps required to register include making a RM1 online transfer to a designated BNM account via internet banking. The amount will be refunded within two working days upon registration.

"This step allows for the identities of individuals to be confirmed digitally, taking away the need for physical verification," said BNM.

According to the central bank's deputy governor Marzunisham Omar, the enhancements make it more convenient and safe for individual users to register for eCCRIS and have access to their CCRIS reports.

Meanwhile, companies and non-Malaysian individuals may still register as new users through eLINK at telelink.bnm.gov.my.

This is amazing news, thanks for sharing. I always wanted to register but 2 failed visit to bnm, akpk branches closed down due to covid, and not having a postpaid bill to my name to do it online...

Will try and report back 😆

Edit: Registration was smooth, only need IC and a quick bank transfer, settled in 5 minute and can see my CCRIS report anytime now. Awesome improvement.

In Self Enquiry - Individual, you receive the standard CCRIS report just like if you requested it with the form previously.

Sample CCRIS report stolen from imoney's website:

Just asking again...
Are you using it for "business" transactions?.... Like alot of in/out per month?

Maybe just maybe, can try do an FD? Heard that they need saving a/c to enable the crediting of interest into it... Just not sure abt Yr case...

I have same issue when I use Maybank. Tried twice, it fails. RM1 was charged twice which returns a few days later.
Tonight I register using another bank a/c and it works. My loans, credit card info and no arrears on report. thumbup.gif

So try with another a/c, if it does not work.
