they're not idiots... we are smarter than them only. last 2 days my collig brought back 3 units of dune, declare $50 each, those kettam soha1 really tot is pariah dvd player....

Wah, suddenly now so much Dune fans already ah hahaha, just when i thought of forgo-ing my Dune that i pre-ordered @ US399 due to the high tax charges... I did a rough calculation and it will cost me approx RM2.4 - RM2.5k to bring it in here...

Nevertheless i think its one heck of a player with no competition yet if you are looking for a BD + Media player together...

Down side is, i dont know how this new 2.0 player will fare as compared to the 1.0 (even tho ppl always say new things are always better), and the warranty which is in the US..

be a bit generous la, pass or loan to fren use few mths let it gather dust better lo.
maybe use a dirty cloth, wet a bit water, and clean the set all round.

that should do the trick( hopefully no custom officer in this forum... Haha haha)

i think the voltage is not the only thing you need to look out for. you need to make sure the device is not drawing more current than the rated output of your adapter.

u will need a receiver with HDMI input and if possible those which can decode the latest HD audio.
then your speakers, then your cables.....

mpyw, i tot they aint going to bring in dune player in spore?

LG & Sharp BD players. LG is the older one. Sharp even the new ones had this problem.

I just emailed AV1 yesterday and they will be bringing it in. Estimated will reach SG shores by end August.. Estimated price would be S$899. But, it only supports Region A Blu Ray disc... U interested?

899 is for which spec?

cos from wat i remember from mpyw, they aint bringing in

and instead of AV1, can ask attentional to get his source, since they aredi brought in 3 units, shud have stock in hand now
