dude.....if your phones bluetooth and charger worked perfectly before the upgrade, then i suggest u take the phone into a samsung service centre to recheck your software and upgrade it again if necessary.... it may be the software.

I just updated my FW from G4 to H3...My battery usage before this when I was in G4 is 2 full days. The charge issue is a bug. It won't go full bar. After updated to H3, this problem is solved. Today I used my phone till around 3pm I updated it to H3. Till now, batt left 3 bars. I charge it from last night till this morning 8am.

After updated I sync my phone and also reinstall Garmin and use the GPS for a moment, play some videos and songs and also snap some pictures. See now whether the phone can last me till tomorrow night or maybe longer. For those ppl who manage to use their phone for 3 full days, do you always snap pictures?

Three new things I discover from the H3 compared to G4.
1. When you type SMS, there's a character counter on the top left corner
2. There's this new program called Connected Home. Not sure what it is but my friend's Sony Vaio laptop has the same logo stated DLNA certifed.
3. The finger flick scrolling is smoother now.

ANyone can help me???

Haha...I wonder why my G4 doesn't have it. And one more thing. I realised that my auto complete isn't working in SMS even though I did a soft reset.

hehehe..sorry bro.. typo error.. in G2 rom i don hv any of this event happening to me...that's y till now im reluctant to update the firmware.. im sill waiting for samsung to come out with the more stable n reliable firmware

yea its better to wait in fact. i have a bit of regret...batt level seems to be draining fast...but...after drop to 2 bar...so hard to drop...weird...i on music full blast for 3 hours already...still 2 bar...i tot of draining it tonight so i can charge to test the real lifespan...

confirm on my Omnia with H3 is draining my battery like drinking water. Yesterday night fully charge, after that have a few calls in at night, today whole day just received 2 SMS only and not even turn it on for more than 2 minutes, and just now at around 6pm, the battery level is too low and force shutdown. Before this on G4, can last for few days and still left 30-40% before i charge again.

Do you guys on H3 has this problem as well?

i think i'm going to downgrade it back to G4. haih....

Added on September 9, 2008, 11:23 pmarggghss... i doubt it was a faulty battery, it's not happen in G4, can at least last for few days before need a charge. And also i triple check the serial number of the battery to make sure samsung service center ppls didnt change my battery to a faulty one.

plan to do a hard reset and don't install anything to it. if still got problem, i will revert back to G4.

wa..today I just went to upgrade to H3. Hmm...the battery seems fast drain but I didn't really notice because I just got thsi phone a few days only so didn't really get a chance to see how long the battery lasts.

Anyway, is there a way to make the volume adjust by smaller steps in the touch player? Because sometimes I play video lazy to put on earphone, but even when at the minimum level "1" and the phone volume also only one bar, it's sitll damn loud...

my battery seems ok.. i'm a heavy user.. calling, mp3 player, watching vids, and lots of sms. now left 4 bars.. last time i charged was yesterday nite...

Hmm.now wondering whether I should have waited for touch pro or not...the on screen keyboard a bit stupid..lol...maybe I'm not used to it yet.

upgraded to HH3 from G4 DIY style..

I found that the chinese input is gone and the good thing is now i can lock my phone by pressing the end call button which is not found in G4 but found in G3...I've charged my omnin to 100% full last night and this morning it still show 100% full.....

For those upgraded to H3 by DIY style. The phone version is H3 or somethings else?

Damn donno why i can't upgrade it from G3 to G4 in my Vista machine, the software always hung in Vista...

Possible to upgrade the phone with Video Card like the Dell PDA?
