Good progress man! nice cuts on the back. will look nicer if you can get the tricep longhead and shoulder seperations to show. btw, the sucking in tummy pose is called vacuum pose, part of the front double bicep pose. you can see arnold doing it in most of his front double biceps. |

how i know ar....coz i started with 40kgs....7rep...
at the second set.... didnt feel anything.... much.... then i was like wat....... so i up to 50 kgs......i finished 50kgs.... and can feel legs tight... so definitely my 1RM should be about 70-90 kgs... i think..but i wont know until i gradually try heavier....... maybe i will try 60 kgs next time..see how it feels....but i think 65 should not be a problem..lemme recover from today... am i wrong?..please stop me before i do sumthing stupid ya..... my next leg day woud be 6 days from now... thosse on-the-toe lunges....i tell u..dun mess with them man....sick stuff..ahhahahahahaha...but it feeeels guuuuuuuud... hint : pain junkie alert.... oh yea... i became a 4star enthusiast..
