Good progress man! nice cuts on the back. will look nicer if you can get the tricep longhead and shoulder seperations to show.

btw, the sucking in tummy pose is called vacuum pose, part of the front double bicep pose. you can see arnold doing it in most of his front double biceps.

Nah. not that thin. yeah. chest isn't really my fav body part. so i didn't really focu s much on it. one of the reasons why its lacking tongue.gif

was on body part split HVT while bulking. switched back to HST for cutting.
dunno what cycle ald. HST is cool but it has its limitations too.
gonna go back to body part split VT when i start bulking again.

When i ended bulking was at 73kgs.
when finished cutting was at 65kgs.
body fat % was at 18.6% dropped to 11.6%.
actual target was around 8%. but didn't hit it.. and i think i've spent too much time cutting ald. so gonna get back to bulking.

but i recently added some O-Lifts into my workout routine.
trying on Hang snatches
and hang cleans

yeah, was actually aiming for 8%bf. but nvm, after this bulking cycle, will try to hit for 8% bf the next cutting cycle.

yeah, the stomach vacumm is a bber thingy to create a better illusion effect.
i don't really pose much so when i do the vacuum effect didn't turn out too well also. perhaps more posing practice so it looks more "natural"

heheh no need jealous dude, u can easily reach this lvl or better too.
its all part of a process, everyone can progress, it just takes time and discipline.

owh yea...today...i just squated 30kgs!!!! and deadlifted 50kgs.... IT WAS THE ULTIMATE................but u know why...........

how i know ar....coz i started with 40kgs....7rep...
at the second set.... didnt feel anything.... much....
then i was like wat....... so i up to 50 kgs......i finished 50kgs.... and can feel legs tight...



so definitely my 1RM should be about 70-90 kgs... i think..but i wont know until i gradually try heavier....... maybe i will try 60 kgs next time..see how it feels....but i think 65 should not be a problem..lemme recover from today...

am i wrong?..please stop me before i do sumthing stupid ya..... my next leg day woud be 6 days from now...

thosse on-the-toe lunges....i tell u..dun mess with them man....sick stuff..ahhahahahahaha...but it feeeels guuuuuuuud...

hint : pain junkie alert....


oh yea... i became a 4star enthusiast.. WHOOOT!! regular no more!!
