yea..DEAD LIFTS ROCK!!!. AHAH i just got my barbell, bench and 2 10kg plates..... so i hv 2x10kg , 2x5kgs 4x2.5 kgs... gonna start slow at 20kg plates + 15kg bar..ehhheh should be pretty ok right?.... thats why i hv the belt....just in case..

yup. remember you gotta go heavy on deadlift and squats IMO. but try not to use belt so much. maybe last 2-3 sets ok la when ur core really about to give out edi. its also a core building exercise so, you dun wana pamper ur core too much.

weights should touch the floor and body straight back up all the way for a complete lift.
