i'm just trying to clear out old stocks - some ppl order then cancel last minute shakehead.gif . i dont even use no-xplode, so gotta sell lor.

It varies on individual.. some ppl will kena the affect of N.O Xplode, some don't as for me its my favorite

then what NO products u guys use?
NO-Xplode very little effect on me
but all my colleague swears by it.

i dont use NO products. for some reason, i have very high tolerance for caffein although i dont drink caffeine. if you check properly the nutritional facts, almost all NO products are caffeine based. thats why you gotta cycle it out. or else you CNS builds tolerance and there wouldnt be any effect anymore. the mechanics are similar to fat burners.

here's a pic of me somewhere in the middle of my bulking session. cant remember when. lol. no cuts yet. weighing at about 95kgs. now im at 101kgs. just started cutting.

What's wrong with his routine? You see a lot of pro bodybuilders who do go that high. If it works for him, he should stick with it. You still need to understand bodybuilding will always be about feel and personal preference.

yea..exactly...its a personal thing...but some common sense needs to be applied when working out a training schedule....

anyways..i just got a bench!! smile.gif and also 2x 10kg plates to call my own...and a bar...WOOTs..bought it from my brother...

besides... the bench isnt a bench ..it has all sorta things on it..can put plates and do legs....chest...without bar also .... awesome...later only need to get plates.....now can save more time..dont have to go anywhere.... can gym right in my room.WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT....100kg bench press here i come(approx 7months... )

thx but i still got long way to go. i might open a journal when i really start cutting. but, basically i do no more than 4 sets each exercise. i start as heavy as possible usually can only go to 6 reps which is to failure. and then strip off the weight as i go on when i start losing the feel. i like to do to failure. but get me wrong, im not doing drop sets. also, i use instinctive style. days that i feel like doing heavy i REALLY go heavy. days i dont get enough sleep, i dont do as heavy. well, im still studying, so, i dont really have the luxury to get 8 hours sleep each day. but i love squatting. i squat alot. current PR is hmmmm, 450 pounds at 6 reps.

me? *sigh* we'll see la. if i compete also, ill be in junios only la. still got 2 years more to go in juniors. but ive started cutting just in time for june. btw, yes, othman yahya is more cut. itll be a tough battle, but i bet terry isnt gonna go easy as well. you shouldve seen he's ultimate dryness photos during asia i cant remember when. his legs were like tree trunks with roots growing all over, man! haha!

yeah, thats me. one year ago. i was ultimately fat. lost weight alot, then now bulking back again. btw, i posted my not so recent photo up there. i know what you mean by weird lol. im among the few with low lats insertion. thats why my back looks damn weird.
