Check my account justnow, still the same, nothing!
Any advise of what other options left? Will walk in again in the morning to harass them..In fact, I will harass them every single day till they give me back my money.
escalation to the manager is the best way. ask for extreme fast respond as this has been ongoing for so long.
if you want to go to the extreme, ask for CCTV recording on the day you deposit the money, ask for all the transaction for that machine that you used.
well, i guess they will do all this even though u're not requesting, just that they're slow in responding since they have millions of transaction in a day. just make sure you escalate this as far as it goes.
