I am having a big troble here, I cash deposited 2350 in usj21 petronas maybank kiosk in the evening, when the kiosk is counting the money suddenly blackout then turn to the main screen. immediately i call he customer service to report, after 7 working day the bank told me the journal can't find any fact from the kiosk that I have cash deposited.. I stunned!!!! very panic now... is my money just gone like that? report police and faxed to maybank HQ hope can be resolve. the funny thing is the bank officer told me within the 7days investigation they didn't check the cctv... anybody can help me from here?

anybody had experiance this method b4? need assistant... thanks

Added on August 29, 2009, 2:01 amI am just wondering what is the chances i can get back my money.... T_T Poor stupid kiosk... except calling up to the branch or related department what other can i do? posible to ask them show me the cctv? posible to bring up to court case?
