Hi,

For property under construction, need to check for the project whether it is our End Financing project. Could you send me the developer's name and project name?

UOB do offer Semi Flexi and Full Flexi loan.
Interest rate is usually fixed upon tying up project with developer.
Loan tenure can go up max to 40 years or Age of 70.

Hi, need advise. I'm first time buying house @ ipoh perak. Totally don't understand housing loan etc... Can some one assist me ? Current seeking a properties at ipoh with..

Property Location : Perak Menglembu

Additional : Legal fees? Or else i need to pay? BLR for used house rate?

I currently have a housing loan for a property in TTDI, KL under Maybank since July 2009 (1st property). I managed to get BLR - 2.3 for my 15 yr non ZEC loan with 3 yrs lock in and no MRTA. Im now thinking of purchasing another unit at Pelangi Utama condo in Bandar Utama. Property price approx RM 400K.

Please quote me your best rates. Im looking for rates that can match my current package or better with no MRTA. 90% loan period max 20 years.
