QUOTE(Xiven @ Oct 3 2010, 04:13 PM) There is never a such thing as "you can't learn much things", I am still in the old syllabus, but that never stopped us from specializing in where our interests are and also learning beyond that. Really la, lecturers are there to guide us and help us when we face technical issues, other than that you are on your own de.
For those going through the new syllabus now, good luck la, you are officially TOA's guinea pigs. No why must we be guinea pigs ?

Well, so they'll most likely to consider it into the syllabus once the current batch goes through their 'testing'? Do they usually do this for other courses too?

Even the one week exploration week, those lecturers wanna get full use of it. I don't see that I have any free time this week. I DO NOT LIKE IT. We just finish our sculpture and then class again, siennn!

Sorry guys if I have led this question out of topic, but may I ask something? It's been bothering me and a teacher of mine kept advising about holding on to Physics instead of dropping it... Is it necessary for animators to learn SPM-level physics? I don't really see why strings of equations are needed for animation, of course maybe animation has their own type of 'physics'. Would you suggest what subjects is appropriate or necessary and which are not? I'm gonna drop Physics AND take up Art, is it okay? Thanks for reading this! Added on November 6, 2010, 2:31 pmBUmp~ Could someone please reply? This post has been edited by LZ Zach: Nov 6 2010, 02:31 PM
