talking bout figure... my lecturer gives 4piece and 6 in 1 manikins photo then ask us to do form studies...
so have 5 piece to do in a week, kinda suffering but then i syok when my figure got picked out and tampal at teh wall :

yes. our degree started off with 60+ people. after foundation year, there's only left 30+ standing.

Hmm.. I have 2 shadings. 2 form studies. 4 nudes full body. 4 imagination full body. Sometimes, we have to draw manikin in class exercise and if we can't finish must take picture and bring home finish it.

normal la Mannequin drawing. Go Ikea buy those wood figures. Really help wan leh. My one i gave to one junior during my convo last time. Just passing on the 'love'..hahah

Well, if you ask me..the one that can really give you loads of headway to expand in the near future would be advertising or multimedia. Take it from someone who is in the industry=)

haha, at least you have the luxury of TAKING a picture and bringing it home to finish. Back in my days, we're still shooting with film camera leh. No such thing as digital cameras and all so it's abit susah la.. heck, even handphones also no color screen and camera like you all have today=) so consider your generation much much lucky..

I did..they used to make us carve bamboo brushes to do calligraphy last time. Eh, Letterform design quite interesting wat=) how come dying wor?haha

yes, we have to carve bamboo and also the pencil. it has to be slim and broad. i had difficulty in cutting them. Gabriel is teaching us. The guy from Switzrland. Cute but evil. LOL

Dying cos no one knows today is submission. So everyone started tracing only last night and some of the letters are still undesigned. Ended up I need to refine my work cos some of the letters are not neat. XD

OMG,wats happened to your class??how can no person in class not now its submission day? Hope you all have been keeping up with class as the fees arent cheap there. TSK TSK actually, i was abit like you guys also last time. Always go play CS with classmates also til forget bout submission and exams. But twice only i miss submissions..

Yeah but not in the form of assignment and studies. LOL. He's still a cute Swiss though. XD

And it was public holiday the day before and he only tell my class rep it was due that week the day before or I don't know but my class rep told us ONLY the day before. So we rushed. Pfftt. And now design is a pain in the ass. Maximalism ftw.
