Just before you feel all comfy with this heroic fanboy battle i have to chip in or another mob-rallying is in the making. Need i remind you that the reason of your previous banning were exactly the opposite of what you are preaching here - misleading fact, irrational post, threats and alot more. That's a fact.

Need i add that, coming from someone who constantly bash the competiton console or games in irrelevant thread (so much of a game fan), the full credibility of yours is somewhat lacking. There's no point defending 3ROD, it's a design problem and everybody acknowledge that. It's Microsoft incompetence in quality control just to rush the next-gen consoles. Faulty issues exist on PS3 is NOT an excuse for 360 to have such a high failure rate!

This is not the only console war thread. There are tons of it. We tried closing as many as we can, we even pinned an official thread before but it doesn't help anything. Thread like this just pop out everytime. Gamers Workout, ring a bell? People thought it's funny at first, feeding the troll. Look what has gotten to them. People only know when to stop when shit happens.

1) Just for your info, early batch of PS3 do suffer from overheating problem. You may look at the similar report on google. I'm not sure they're still there thou as they only happened on very 1st batch.

2) Lens problem occur worldwide, not only in a full-of-pirate-DVD country.....I mentioned it before SniperSnake come into scene.

But yet, the total occurance is kept below 10%.....much better than record holding xbox360.

For this threads info, I'm getting a 360 with my bonus.

i own both system. Each has its own pro and cons. Graphic wise for Call Of Duty 4, 360 wins by hundreds of miles (read better). As of reliability, my 360, with only a few months old already cant read my (ehem) games, and requires reload couple of times. I only play 360 once in a while.. but my ps3 online, almost every other night. kekekeke.. ps3 runs quietly and confidently whilst 360 is noisy and warm and doubtful in reliability especially with the famous 3 ROD.

360 OS & interfacing are just craptastic. Instead, ps3 interface are miles better than 360. trust me. wifi, rechargeable lithium ion controller. bluray player, media centre with nice bluetooth remote (bought separately), im inclined towards ps3.

Controller 360 is best for FPS games...very comfortable.. whilst dualshock3 is not so friendly after couple of hours with COD4.

If i were u, i'd buy only very limited games i really like and enjoy it 101%.. so..without doubt, its PS3, my console of preference.

oh yes.. the FREE ONLINE THINGY IS HAVEN.

Xbox360 have nothing to compare with PS3, PS3 have design nice, hardware powerful, no hardware failure, got many good game coming soon, PSN is free, got blu-ray, can support up to 1080p HD, ps3 runs quietly and confidently, ps3 system interface are nice, so i decide buy Xbox360.

Hope u guys enjoy it, dun forget ur popcorn or snack. Console Wars : PS3 vs Xbox360= nice thread.
