Playstation's lens are weak, proven from PS1's time (not Sony's actually, they outsourced it to Sanyo) X360 has design flaws, until you yourself experienced it yourself I believe. Those are facts. Deal with it. Warnings? Ptfft. Unlike majority of people here, I fear no warnings.

once u had white icon saying insert 360 games..
means ur lense is sying
how i know...

i had change my drive once
coz u cannot change the lense itself only
need to change to whole drive coz u need to whole address for the machine to read the data


so the fact is

ps3 - lens prob
360 - 3rod and lens prob


so after this gonna get ps3 for my self
cannot tahan the "perangai" of xbox 360 anymore

Argument at this thread all about PS3 vs Xbox360 is ok, but please dun use any word with personal attack.

same here! I experienced the same thing with my ex-Xbox360. 3ROD-ed 3 times in one year (give up already) and also got lens problem (samsung drive) . I think I want to give up console gaming for a while (currently on PSP and PC only).
Oil price hike is one of the reasons...

im agree and most of the prevoius owner of 360 are fustrated with 3rod. I got 3rod a month ago and change to the improve falcon model which rarely get 3rod. I hope so.....The reason why i still buying a new machine is just a fact the multiplayer is more entertain than PS3 and i have more friends in it. No restriction over IP or region on multiplayer which PS3 own now.

Im not a fanboy since im also own a PS3...Just a fact i luve more on 360 unless PS3 came out with their improvement on games and multiplayer thingy...

Well, I'm lucky enough, my 1st console IS the falcon and it's on since the 1st day I brought it to download demos & game vids. It's off only when I went outstation. It never crash except the dashboard stop responding for a while due to stupid maxis internet connection get cut-off.

Got Oblivion 3. I playing it right now. Very open etc etc. Rated best RPG for the PS3 so far. So far not many J-RPG as developers waiting for Final Fantasy to come out.
