I can watch 720p 8GB mkv (x264 video + 5.1 AC3 audio) movie on my PS3 without no problem, I've even tried 10GB MPEG-2 file flawlessly. Transfer directly from PC to PS3's internal HDD via network.

yup bro, only copied to the internal drive via web browser anyone knows that (i figured it out myself thou), but its a little convenient when you can put any file size in your external drive. Hopes they release updates for this.

How did you do that? Is it via Tversity. I did try tversity but sometimes its laggy. And how do you get 5.1 AC3 audio on the PS3? Any help from you will be greatly appreciated.
