Problems encounter on received Waja CPS
1. Front fender squeezing sound
2. Alignment not properly done + tyre balancing is out, steering will shake after 110km/h
3. Buzzing sound from dash board after rpm reach 2.5k-3k
4. Front passenger side wiper couldn't hold the wiper properly, after fix back it still came off
5. Air-con compressor when active tat time will have "klok klok klok" sounds
6. AT cars having problem on "check engine" light
7. 5 case of PW incident happened ATM... 1. glass drop and break 2. glass lift fail to operate 3. short circuit on the PW control on door panel

FC for waja - [roughtly 0.16-0.18] + 40%= 0.23-0.25 cent/km(depends on the driver)

feeling of coz great la ... lulz ..

have any big different compared normal spec??

correct me if im wrong..

the pickup is extremely better .. i test b4 the old campro waja .. omgzorz .. so slow .. pick up better ... but fc i doubt it ... interior much nciers and the winged side mirrors are great ..

i dont really drove the old campro waja...only get to drove the mitsubishi engine 4g18 engine waja.. my dad owns one.. but the current one is a fun ride.. can feel the power after 2k rpm... and rev till red like 7.2k is more fun.. but only dare 2 rev once.. haha most on the time if leg itchy.. the highest will go also just 6k rpm... and on 2nd gear is abt 90km/h d

other than tat.. the HID is really an advantage to us.. and most important JPJ sure won kacao

what i feel a bit disappointed is the leather seat is v hard... even already almost 1 month driving the car.. the seat just soften abit.. i sit until my back pain and need additional pillow support when driving long distance... this is probably just my own opinion.. maybe other members is seating fine hehe

as for others additional accessories.. of cos is a benefits la.. but then will it last long.. we will see

very easy to say .. buy the car which u think give u the most value .. some ppl say myvi nicer .. all those fan boy talks all .. in the end who drive the car .. u or the fanboy right or not hahaha ... talk until cow come home also useless le ..

so poweful i think..no need to upgrade or tukar2 engine right...

whenever u change to a more powerful engine... bare in mind tat ur car chasis can take the load of the powerful engine anot.. already heard few cases tat local car transplant evo engine and the body actually crack after some times of using it.. but of cos is depends on how the driver drive the car la...

if upgrade... there are plenty of after market parts for you to play around and also R3 parts... even evo, subaru, civic B16a, etc also do upgrade wat... same thing.. just depends on how the driver wanna push the car to its limit

after 5 years u add turbo lo hahahahaha ....

Congrats for the new thread.

As for my service, yes they did flush the engine, and I agree on that basically because I did push the engine during break-in (the first 1000km). Please refer to this link.. http://www.mototuneusa.com/break_in_secrets.htm

I did use the method however I did stick to 1000km rather than 200km suggested.
You guys tak flush the engine and gear oil ke?

One more thing, diablo69..are you going for fabrication in pasir gudang? I should be going this August, but might delay to early next year, boss got other plan for me.

Yala, that why need feedback from members to know which SC is better, believe COE is quite good ?

big SC weekends alot ppl take car to service... thats y they dun take complaint... is normal. if new car have the highest priority den alot new saga have the priority...

Always claim warranty through i-Care because it is a centralize system. Tell them when you are free and your SC choicen they will then make an appointment for you.

Mine service at COE. No need appointment, except for warranty. Avoid weekend if possible. Bring along camera, can snap picture with Lotus Elise car there.

1st service: RM 108.00 (semi synthetic oil + gearbox oil)
2nd service: RM 68.00 (mineral oil)

They recommend mineral to remove the metal particles inside the engine as they want to flush it during my 10k km service. After that will use fully synthetic.

How about all members change their avatar to pic of part of Waja CPS. Kinda cool i think.

Yo guys,

Besides Sphiroth, who has got their shoes (tires) changed? I find the 60 series tires tend to provide good comfort but compromises too much on high speed cornering. I think the older 55 series were a perfect balance.

Do you think changing to 15inch sport rims would make enough of an aesthetic impact?

Standard is already 15" sport rim, why need to change to 15"?

Go for 16" like me with 50 series tyre or better go for 17" But then you need to lowered your ridr or add skirting, else it looks weird. Kinda hanging...

Sphiroth, have you noticed any reduction in pick up or increase in FC after using 16 inch?

My 16" + tyres is lighter than standard 15" + tyres. And the diameter is also slightly smaller.

Buble is because the part you painted is not completely dried. Thats why the best time to do painting is on a sunny day.

so now got bubble can i be fixed ?? need to paint over again ???

sad la ... got many probs le ... .

Have to remove the paint using sand paper... Usually you need a primer coating before the actual painting for better result. Why not just ask paintshop to re-do it again?

Shouldn't i let the engine break in first?

i think one of the member here have posted the link of "secret" way to break in engine.. but i dun remember where

I had read about the secret break in but dont really understand how to let it break in, anyone try to summarise it for me?

errr... basically what u have to do is just revv ur engine all the way till ur mileage reach 100km @ 1000km (cant remember the exact km) or... bring ur car to any track... race it for 15-30min. after that flush out ur engine oil.... i'm not so sure better u read again.. coz i really cant remember...
