IC, hmm any bank which can give quicker approvals ?  i know i sound desperate !  drool.gif  probably 1-2 days?
How much loan are you taking ? Do you have any housing loan with any banks ?

If you have clean sheet, no outstanding CC balance etc, approval should be within 3 days. You can speak to the officer in charge to expedite your case.

You could try with Bank Rakyat. Mine was with them at the Bangsar Branch. Try call Mr Mustaza asking for "Pembiayaan Kenderaan Terpakai" whether they provide or not.. and story a bit about the car...
I use Autolock Pro to secure my ride. bought at Jusco specially for my beloved ride heheh..  rolleyes.gif . My dad gives me his old police "cota" (looks like baseball bat one) for the "~special incident~" oso hehehe...  brows.gif
You know what? I kinda like that plastic part of the steering though. I use it whenever i hold some food stuff (eating while driver hehe..) saving those tiny holes of the leather from becoming dirty. oso my hand kinda stick to it to hold  on and not slippery. i guess it depends on whether you got sweaty palm or not.  icon_idea.gif
uhmm... some of my questions before are left unanswered... oh well.. unsure.gif

Added on April 18, 2008, 11:33 am

My steering's plastic part is still very shiny and scratchless...  tongue.gif

Wah.. lucky u got both. very lucky to have the petrol voucher. I didn't know i can actually switch the tint with  the petrol voucher. if not long time i asked for that. doh.gif  and you to have them both!! thumbup.gif  well.. I trashed the tint voucher and went for the ECOTINT "voucherless". icon_idea.gif  brows.gif
*
Yeah, opted for the petrol RM200 in lieu of the tint voucher, but SA still provided it . Seems the tint voucher is "free" to SA, given by the tint shop to the SA and if indeed tint was carried out at the shop, SA will get a small commission out of it.

Anway, still deciding to tint now or later, jpj is going all out on tinting and HID... hmm.gif

just get the tint with waranty of 5 yrs..  so JPJ wanna saman u.. just let them saman lo then claim back from the tint shop biggrin.gif
actually normal tint already good enuff d.. as the aircon v cold, and our glass is with UV coated.. already helps alot  brows.gif
*
The UV glass blocks UV ray, but not infrared(heat).

Ya, the aircon is dammmmn cold, morning and night, have to occasionally turn off the compressor, else too cold...

Need to get my tinted soon, considering 3M, my client is running the shop, will try to get him for a quote..

Anyone using 3M ?

really?? got any reading material???
usually for proton, radiator is used to cool down da engine and gearbox... i check just now, didnt see any gearbox oil cooler... coz just to add oil cooler would normally cost around 500 in a normal workshop... everybody should know by now proton will mark up da price, so im still doubt full they add oil cooler...

maybe now they using double layer radiator to help with cooler... double layer usually used in 1.8cc n above...

sphiroth-so rite now wats ur FC... coz based on wat u say bout the empty light, can still push another 40++ km, means i got 180~190km for rm30...  nod.gif  nod.gif  thats more like it... but still tak berani wanna try how far still can go after empty tank light up....
*
To get a more accurate measurement :

1.fill up full tank, reset trip meter (RM x)
2. when empty, fill up again, note the trip meter (y km)

FC : x/y (in terms of $/KM)

Btw, just found out the back headrest can be raised and lowered as well.

Emmm..., you are not the first case with "check engine" light on during driving.

Another member from autoworld encountred the same issue, but Proton is yet to be able to diagnose it, due to the unavailability of updateed OBD tool for CPS.

Getting scary now...

That 'engine check' light shouldn't be there after the engine started! You need to go for inspection at SC if that happened. Now u start engine no more like that aaa? if so later u told them that one time (or two...) it did happened. For the bump u later go check oso whether anti-rust coating still there or have been scrapped off.. tell them what happened. icon_idea.gif
BTW anyone got the problem on the breather hose? for now me and sphiroth reported the mishap.
*
No issues with my hose. Might be production mistake in 1st batch.. tongue.gif

Btw, an interesting blog to read above Waja CPS :

Just wanna know beside me and the other one member, who else experienced vibrating sound come out from dashboard when u got the car?
*
did not encounter any vibrating sound.

My question, what level of coldness do you set during the day ? (not the fan speed)

Mine seems to be very cold at night/early morning, but need to turn nearly to around 70 to 80 in the day to be cool.

Me too..have to turn very high to cool down..

Ya, it is quite weird. Normally you are able to feel when the compressor kicks in by turning the coldness knob, but on the Waja, it seems to engage at different points.... might be due to the thermistor positioning... hmm.gif

Aisehman -YS-, already at COE SE now. last night too tired to enter forum. haven't had a chance to see your posting. sowwy man..  sweat.gif

Updates for you guys:

For COE - For walk in, any warranty claim and/or service need to be there before 9.00am, earlier more better. coz many ppl coming for it, Saturday is for service only. For service only (no warranty claims), at least before 10am should be okay unless they are already swamp with repairs. icon_idea.gif

cheers.. thumbup.gif
*
Thanks guys for the advise, I will be there 8 in the morning. blush.gif

For them to adjust the "nyuk" fender sound, not consider warranty claim right..... ?
