Been thinking bout that, but the seller (at automotive garage) cannot confirm it will fit the Waja CPS. Going to bodykit shop this week to search for it.

wait bro, no need to rush. ive been thinking like u before, hate the new grill design very much with the oversized emblem, also planning on replacing that grill to old one if i get my waja (that time ler). but once i got the car ive start love the new design in less than a week. now i feel that the new grill look so much better for waja than the hidung design. the chrome grill for me give waja luxury look while the chrome tiger head add
"ferrari's horse  effect" summore.. haha.. perasan lebeh!! laugh.gif

Can we discuss here for the very important part, is security guide for our new waja, so that we can prevent from thefts. What security alarm and anti-theft system the best for our car to reduce the risk of being stolen especially in KL area?. I heard before that we can lo-jack our car so that we can know where is the car has been hiding. Is this lo-jack system is expensive to install one?, any tips?

Waja CPS also comes with immobilizer. Try opening the key, there is a small rectangular box inside. If you take it out, you cannot start your car. Try it.          laugh.gif
*
Ohh this mean that immobilizer is one of the feature for security reason in new waja?, if we take it out when we left our car, so that the theft cannot stole and run away with our car is it?

I just got my new waja yesterday but not CPS model, it is Waja 2007, can i join here?

The one that curious me, within 24 hours i received my car, the no plate (black) sudah jatuh, no screw aa to hold that plate, only normal gum, haiya waja used cheap gum ka?

One more thing according to my SA, this car has no Captor GPS installed, only have immobilzer for safety. Is in Waja CPS also no Captor standard install?, because i heard before in Gen2 and Persona got.

If you need it, just contact Captor and get it installed. I prefer they don't bundled it in because I got to choose which alarm system to use.  nod.gif
*
Wah first install around RM2K++ for Captor. I think for now enough lah for 2 lock + immobilizer.

Proton still got small number of stock of Waja 2007, and they give discount 5K to habiskan the stock, thats why i bought 2007 instead of CPS. The price is 57K++ after discount

There are group of people wear uniform came to my place just now showing some demonstration on how easy the car can be stolen by using Ruler and dawai. My Waja they can unlock it within 2/3 seconds only using the dawai, im impress how easy they do that in a split second, . They said Waja is the most easy car to unlock and disarmed the alarm. Ohh god.

They informed me to prevent this such way of stealing, they can install something at each door and bonet front and back to avoid something like dawai or ruler can be in, but will cost me RM280. Is it worth ?, guys please give opinion on this.

yup. ive also watched a demo of my friend's kembara being unlocked in less than  1 min using steel ruler. they even start the engine only using a jumper cable.  doh.gif. the original locking mechanism is so lousy.so they promote the anti theft steel plate as a additional safety precaution.maybe  bcause the kembara dont have immobilizer tahts y they can start the kembara as easy as eating a peanut.  biggrin.gif  .
That time the anti theft plate cost RM360.. now RM280. maybe we should wait until the price reached RM100 n then we installed. biggrin.gif
but be cautioned, once u accidently locked your car and left your key inside (no spare key) then u have to break the window. there is no other way....

as an alternative, now i'm eyeing on pedal brake lock which they permanently installed at the brake pedal section just below our steering.we can easily lock or unlock the pedal. but the cost is RM300++. currently cannot afford viper or captor, so i guess ill stick to this brake lock.. hmm.gif
*
What kind of pedal brake lock do u mean?, is it normal pedal lock like the autolock?

Hi want to ask you guys?

I just installed security alarm tambahan (this mean, when someone break into my car like smash / or knock with hard of my car window 4 doors and front and back mirror window, the alarm will trigger). Because standard Waja alarm will trigger only when the door is open. And also plus the automatic brake lock (like new myvi, kelisa and others came standard with the car). And others i also install metal plate each of the door and front and back bonet to avoid someone with dawai and normal card can open my car door without notice. And others like changed the nutt rim tyre to different nutt each of it.

The question is :

1) Are all of these security tambahan will avoid my car warranty?, (according to the person that install this security, no)

2) Is this will haywire with my immobilizer that came standard with my new Waja?
