i planned to buy car soon. planning to buy waja cps but afraid of the QC after read some of the comments here 

But he didn't use those branded stuff lar.. just use Osren brand polish (liquid type), Osren wax and sealant. But for RM150, its really worth it. 

i dont fancy j-cars. i also only have budget for 60k++ car. i will "sakit hati" if my baby got a lot of problems especially ngekngek sound. still in dilenma. hmm maybe need to go test drive see first.

I don't have boot light problem but my boot is hard to close, must need to follow along to push down to close it.
Another thing is before the 1K service, when turn Right, the  Left fender side got nyek2 noise and when send to service that fellow lube the Antiroll bar and the noise is gone.
Initially I thought its the Fender noise because it sounds like metal body squeeking, luckily didn't send to knock the car body.
But now when I break while moving slowly, Right fender got nyek2 noise pulak.. I think maybe is the Antiroll bar again... hopefully not the Right Fender noise or car body noise.

Another thing I dun like is the MT gear shift, sometimes very hard to find 1st. and 4th gear and sometimes 2nd gear.
Also, my brake is not good, no power enough to grip and I really suspect there is still Air Trap in the brake line... Just now I tested my ABS and at least its working. Will need to ask them to Bleed my brake line on the 5k service.

One more thing, did you guys notice if you use the Left indicator switch you can just slightly push it and it will stay(just like those Change LAne indicators found in Europe countries cars) but Right indicator will not work if push slightly. Are you guys Waja CPS also the same?
Some cars i driven before in Europe got 2 level indicators, if push lightly is for change lane and will blink 3 times, and push hard is for Turning.
Other than this tiny winny things, overall its a good ride to drive.

after seeing everyone complaining with proton QC, i believe i better send back to my own panel workshop. the panel workshop is good, providing good service to my kancil currently and my waja also will be sending there too.

btw, once i got car , im going to put auto timer inside =X

I have the exact same issue with my indicator.

CAn intro that workshop? I'm fed  up with those PESC attitude towards customer..

mine are just minor issues that could be solved easily.

If you are looking for car that looks more confident for others, stay away from proton.
After I bought this waja cps, everyone will ask me why I buy waja not vios or city... which made me quite irritatting.
But quality wise... proton really need to improve especially very obvious are the plastic material finishing and the paint quality.
But again, 60k range for a car that has the spec like other makes that cost over 100k.. could think about it.
How bad could it be? Its not like when you drive halfway and the steering wheel will fall out   

The most irritating part is when I complain about the noise, ppl (including those from Proton SC) will say, 'If no noise, not Proton.' 

Which SC is this one? This is bad attitude for him who say it.

Outside workshop is better than them, bcos we all knows the Authorised SC people have limited skills.

Wah so very very shinning liao on my previous car it cost me nearly RM500 to wax and polish, including the clay thingy.. and this took me more than 1/2 day to complete. but they're using Meguir's product la.. got warranty some more

I also got pantang one, everytime wash car must hujan after that sometime during wash also suddenly hujan don't wash car aiya no hujan la..    anyway, I'm still waiting for the SC to repair the windows problem they don't have the stock right now need to wait 'till next week so for the meantime passenger at the back can't wind down the window..

If u r afraid of 'sounds', then i suggest u steer clear of Waja. Because of all the Wajas I've been into, most of them got 'extra' sound. Hehe. It's like that one lah. Doesn't mean cars of other make don't have such problems. Maybe Waja more frequent saja. Hehe.

Anyone elses indicator also the same as us.

Today really bad luck,.. I scratch my car bumper against the wall at the parking.. bloody parking access really very narrow.   Deep scratches on the bumper. Don't how much to fix.. really pokai already this month.

Well, I've tried both official Proton SC and outside shop. The main foreman at the Proton SC was good. Just that he didn't have much freetime to 'concentrate' on my car alone. Everytime also have to leave my car there for the whole day. But it's free lah. Now with the UR bars installed, can feel the chassis more rigid, but start to feel the absorbers not stiff enough.

what is RSM? i'm noob in car thing, i don't know anything about modified, i put timer cause i dont want cause the engine sucky in future, putting it in idling, alot people say not good or useless but cause my kancil car quite old and engine become worse cause my mom don't put it idling when start car just straight drive out now the engine sound become louder every morning start car

aiyahh....everybody is complaining   too bad i have nothing to complain.....   i think mech at SC is lazy one(not all but most)...n their boses know that client will keep coming as long as there`s  a new car registered on the road(proton)...but what i want share here is...all car manufacturer facing the same problem...even if honda,toyota or merc. service after sales is not really satisfying...bcoz...its build in the country..ppl here seem not really cares.. but to members live in kl i suggest to come over to my sc at pandan jaya...there service is quite ok...forgot the address but will check n post the address later...

You don't have to worry about cooling down your engine before turning the engine off. The radiator fan will keep spinning even after you pull out your keys to cool it down (after a 'hard' driving).
Its all about Malaysian 'tak-apa' attitude.
