wow..8.8km/L is quite bad.. I can get 12+km/L without trying..

I think something is wrong.. maybe rear brake pads stuck or something.. cause much friction to move the car? dunno..

8km/l reminds me of my previous A33 cefiro 2L..
*
may i know ur mileage? 12km/l really good. mine after 6k mileage, the best i can get 11.4km/l (penang town driving) with very careful driving. normal driving only 10.
4km/l. rm40 can give max 235km

hi everyone..

i am planning to buy a swift..the current offer is the interest 2.8% or low monthly installment..plus free service

can anyone tell me more about the interest rate?any extra syarat to get the rate?because i heard that the rate is only for rhb bank and must deal in kl only...

tq
*
int 2.8% only from RHB - should be nationwide since they publish in the newspaper.
only syarat i got from the SA is minimum d/payment 10%.
u can either opt for free service 3 yrs or u can get rebate RM1500 (if follow the maintenance schedule it would be about the same in terms of calculation).

helo,
need opinion from swift owners. how's this car reliablity wise? at first i am really impressed with the good reviews and some more even received good review from top gear and got many awards. so i decided to browse swift club forum for more info and was shocked to find there are many recurring issues eg. windscreen crack, car jerking, engine died, etc. so is it really bad? do most owners encounter the problems or the problem only exist in a few of very very unlucky owners? i am considering to buy car now but is spoilt for choice between suzuki and opt for more other reliable famous makes. the thing which made me consider swift is because the white swift is simply awesome drool.gif and the accesories provided are quite rich compared to vios for the same price. so now need opinions from majority about the known issues. tenkiu notworthy.gif

oh.. you in PG.. so mostly is city roads consumption., mine is mix city and Hwy around 50:50..

but if can maintain 80-90kmh.. constant speed.. I think it will go to 19-20km/l.. brows.gif tried it over a 20-30km stretch after resetting the counter.. after that didn't bother cos very boring drive on the highway.. yawn.gif laugh.gif

milage is now around 40k (age 1.5years).. biggrin.gif

maybe your car engine still new? it may loosen up after 10-15k milage..

My sister got a swift, bought last year, i am very impressed with the assembly quality as well(Try to compare to VIOS or City then u will see the difference). Car is problem free as well, very stable at speed or corner, just the FC not as good as city/vios, won't regret buying this car as it's only about the price of a stripped out Vios J rclxub.gif

been driving for 11 months...

fuel consumption Rm60 = 380km.. 100% city drive..

had tried vios and city before buying swift... its like city(60%) vios(70%) compare to swift... handling, cornering, the driving feel, comfort and dashboard..

even thou its expensive for the size of the car, but its still worth it...

its getting more n more swift on the road since CKD is launch...

so far my SUZUKI SWIFT is already 1 years + 11 month ~~

untill now no problem at all , FC is RM60 around 390-420KM ~ ( should be around 15cent per liter petrol ) , but try few times already when only travel highway from KL - IPOH or CAMERON HIGHLAND and back , the FC can reach to 10cent per KM ~~ )

should be consider as good FC already ~~

but now i would want to know that how much per service for all the SUZUKI SWIFT owner , dun mind to share with me ??

cause i would be very budgeted to do car Services maintainence ~~

well you shouldn't compare the suggestion I made earlier, even though your car also 40k milage same as mine,.. I already said I'm mostly 50:50 hwy:city use.. and you are almost always city use.. so it's already different comparison to begin with..

1.3 will probably be cheaper than 1.5, but underpowered a bit don't you think?
