But maybank only max 30 years option

Ya, but I'm in my 30's so won't make much of a difference to me haha. Plus AmBank as others mention is already full.

Hello, I never have any commitment before as I just start working for few months already after finish study. So I thought of doing ASB Financing as my first. Is it worth to start now? What I'm worried is that assuming lower dividend this year causes to have the same or less loan rate so technically I might receive loss instead. What ae your thoughts about this? Or should I just invest ASB normally instead of financing it. Or is there any better shariah financing alternative other than ASB? Thank you sifu
*
Hai. Worth it or not its depends ou your goal setting towards your financial planning. Regarding lower dividen its trend for now which is our country facing on global issues (pandemic covid19)

ASB Financing one of the saving and investment very secured and low risk. We enjoy dividend and principal every year. Why not?

Went with ambank 1st due to longer loan tenure, but when the quota is full, they recommended me to go for maybank.

So, how much is your commitment per month with that loan? It seems like RM892/month right?

I am not sure on monthly installment as I am still awaiting the details. Initially they quote me as below

Then I asked them to revise it and reduce takaful to 5 years. So far I only got the sms, awaiting for revised details from Maybank. I should get it by tomorrow

How did you manage to ask them to revise the takaful tenure? I saw no option on the Maybank2u app. They automatically go for max. Btw, is this ASB or ASB2?

I asked them to do so when they called, yes, there is no option in maybank 2U, I believe it is for ASB according to the balance they ask me to withdraw, my ASB 2 got nothing inside.

I see. I thought we can use Maybank2u for ASBF2. Pity.
Btw, assuming your age is less than 30, you can get a better deal for ASBF with other banks. They provide longer tenure and more competitive profit interest. You can get monthly instalment as low as Rm7++/month. You really should reconsider this loan.
Just my humble opinion. No hate.

Unfortunately I am 3+ so not possible to get longer tenure. Beside, after 3 years I plan to review the investment see if got better opportunities. I might put the money elsewhere.

Just contact ur bank directly, some agent useless. My application reflected in ccris last week wednesday. Friday they know ambank full dy. but keep say ‘wait new quota which seems non-existence’.

I only found out last 2 days on ‘how sure that pnb gonna give extra allocation for ambank?’. Then answer is not sure.

hihi, mind sharing the ambank contact that did your 3.3? I called ambank CS and their offer was 3.5. Whereas the other ambank banker i spoke to says his best is 3.4
