If there is a financial product who provide the returns higher than ASB which is averagely around 5%-7% per year, will this a good deal?

If the only thing you do is throw the money in and relax for the whole year like asb, that's quite good. But do research about that product before jump into the hole.

Just took asbf2 loan . 3.3% , still can grab while its there

Taking a gamble now, waiting the end of moratorium period. Will refinance my ASB2F once its over, hopefully it'll still be available then.

Anyone who wants to apply ASBF/ASBF2F can PM me ya..will help you apply with trustworthy bankers.

submitted with agent A. pending in ccris since 07/10. Today ask say quota full, waiting for pnb release more quota for ambank.

i also contacted agent B & C, says still open, also ambank, how come one bank, different agent have different quota.

Thanks to this group, im reminded to chk the latest rate for my 3yr old asb 3.55 rate 😳

affin at 3.45 upto 40yrs tenure is lowest i seen. cimb also upto 40yrs making it similar repayment $

been paying 9xx when i could be paying 7xx 🥲

I was told that Maybank was given a quota of RM150 million for asb2 loan. Maybank is offering 3.4% with takaful, ambank i think is the lowest with 3.3%?

Manage to secure asb2 loan with Maybank at 3.4%,

Unfortunately, Ambank agent said its already full.
