Hi All,
If there is a financial product who provide the returns higher than ASB which is averagely around 5%-7% per year, will this a good deal? |

Taking a gamble now, waiting the end of moratorium period. Will refinance my ASB2F once its over, hopefully it'll still be available then.
Anyone who wants to apply ASBF/ASBF2F can PM me ya..will help you apply with trustworthy bankers. |

Thanks to this group, im reminded to chk the latest rate for my 3yr old asb 3.55 rate 😳
affin at 3.45 upto 40yrs tenure is lowest i seen. cimb also upto 40yrs making it similar repayment $ been paying 9xx when i could be paying 7xx 🥲 |
