 ASB loan, worth to get it???

2. They offer me asb1 at 3.45% but my current rhb is at 3.5%. Not worth it to change just for 0.05%.

1. Which bank(s) is offering ASB loan?
2. Is it same as personal loan just with lower rate?

YES, not necessary must be a Muslim....per mentioned in those link, All eligible ASB investors under ASNB guidelines who are between the ages of 18 and 65 years old.

wah everyone still active discuss about asb loan. It already a long time ago i was in this forum. By the way those who would like to ask more about ambank asb can contact me. hopefully not getting ban not promoting.

ambank offer the lowest rate in town right now. Other banks offering asb loan are maybank, cimb, rhb, bsn and bank muamalat (but for bank muamalat im not sure if they offering for normal customer or only for army)

Not the same. Its different. Personal loan u will get the money, while asb loan the money bank will kept it and only give u money through dividend disbursement.

Yes can apply but u must have bumiputera status. Also if u are convert to islam (muallaf) also can apply.

About 3 weeks...if reimburse back to you then how bank going to make money...the monthly payment you make is inclusive of principal and interest..only principal will get back. The interest will go to bank.
