can i know what is ur encouragement to be management trainee at public bank? bcoz i heard the working environment and the is not so good. Is it about salary? benefit? better future?

I'm sure many LYN ppl will tell you to just go for the interview to find out what its all about. If you don't like what they are offering, can always turn down the job |

not sure bout the allowances. But from my reading on this thread, starting salary for fresh grad MT should be around 2.8k.
