Actually, consider it 5 years. I was fooling around the rest of that time. Just playing with machines. I was never serious before, never even touched free weights.

Military press = useless to bodybuilders. Doesn't develop shoulders as much as seated versions. We don't care about stability and core is secondary. Why should I even consider doing that? Btw, last military press i did for fun was 3 years ago at 80kg. 100 should be no problem if I want to focus on that lift.

Just wondering, do you shake your oats with your whey raw? or cooked and eaten separately? i'm looking for convenient in-between-lunch-and-dinner-while-out-and-about meals. thinking of whey + oats shake or whey + milk powder shake but not sure how the oats would taste. what's your take?

I stopped whey but i used to shake the oats raw. ot many can stomach them that way though.

darkie, juz wanna ask u..what sort of supplement do u take?coz i read sumwhere in d forum that in d long run, if we take BACC it's much more cheaper in d long run rather then buying those whey protein...btw, i'm looking for a supplement which can help me with my recovery...it's juzt that i think i need a faster rate of recovery..coz sumtimes when i dun go to the gym, i feel like my body is not yet ready for the next routine la..ur thoughts darkie...smile.gif

real food > supplements anytime! eat more, and eat regularly every 2-3 hours.

I don't take pure bb supps anymore. =) Just multivitamin, fish oil and Vit C.

darkie im on the verge of getting a few packs of ON serious mass 12lbs..started hitting gym for around 3+ mths oredi but my weight capped oredi i think coz its been like dis for 2weeks liao...gained 8kgs but my target weight is around 7-10kg more..btw i only took around 30g of whey a day the rest is solid food ..im not really happy with how i look now coz no progress....i guess you can give me some hint..cheers...

Bro i saw ur deadlift wow that amazing dude, how can u guys can lift so much weight, any tips?

i try to increese the weigth for the deadlift manage to do 80kg onlly :-(
and 80kg is already like hell man....

did u had any back injury?
if darkie hadnt had back injury and did operation i think u will see him deadlifting 200kg for 10 reps. =.=

i have a fren just starting gym 1 month he can do around 80kg deadlift too.
he is just 60kg skinny guy.
its all bout form i guess...

why dont try taking video and show the seniors here so they can say wats wrong?
