Nah, I take around 1-2 hours. As long as you have a steady influx of nutrients still within your system, it's fine. 3 hours plus is of course retarded.

For example, today's shoulder workout routine at TruFitness Jaya 33 was:-

Dumbbell shoulder press
75lbs x 12
80lbs x 12
85lbs x 11
75lbs x 11

Hammer strength plate loaded shoulder press
185lbs x 12
200lbs x 12
225lbs x 12
225lbs x 12

Lifefitness lateral raises
45lbs x 15
55lbs x 15
55lbs x 15
40lbs x 15

Lifefitness rear delt machine
55lbs x 15
65lbs x 15
65lbs x 12
55lbs x 15

Dumbbell front raises
30lbs x 11
35lbs x 11
30lbs x 11

Dumbbell shrugs
125lbs x 15
125lbs x 15
125lbs x 15


Do you think i can complete all that shit in less than an hour? Lol.

hi bro, hitting the gym for the first time tomorrow. can you point me towards the page which has your weekly diet or something ? need some sort of schedule for me to start on first before i fine tune it. thanks !
