darkie im on the verge of getting a few packs of ON serious mass 12lbs..started hitting gym for around 3+ mths oredi but my weight capped oredi i think coz its been like dis for 2weeks liao...gained 8kgs but my target weight is around 7-10kg more..btw i only took around 30g of whey a day the rest is solid food ..im not really happy with how i look now coz no progress....i guess you can give me some hint..cheers...
