i am the only one eating 1 set of chicken. =.= muahhaa... i am a small eater. damn it... kaka... today my 2nd shoulder workout, and it was awesome! haha... combined with biceps and triceps for 15 mins no rest at the end damn syok... kaka... i think creatine really works for me. =.= |

i want to actually do some bodybuilding. not to the extend having 6 packs and all. but i wanna be buffed and ripped. defined... well, problem for me is, i hate dieting and cardio. =.= haha... |
